At Neo Clinic, we understand how important your presence is to your child’s recovery. Our Visitor Guide is designed to help you navigate the hospital easily, while ensuring safety, privacy, and comfort for all patients.
Visiting Hours
NICU / PICU (Special Permissions Required):
11:00 AM – 11:30 AM (one parent only, per policy)
Visitor ID & Check-In
- All visitors must check-in at the reception desk and wear a visitor pass during their stay.
- Only one attendant per child is permitted in clinical areas, unless otherwise advised.
- Children below 12 years are discouraged from entering patient care areas for their safety.
Hygiene & Safety Rules
- Sanitize hands before and after entering patient rooms.
- Wear masks in NICU, PICU, and consultation zones.
- Do not bring flowers, outside food, or soft toys.
- Avoid visiting if you have flu-like symptoms.
Attendant Stay & Facilities
- One parent or guardian is allowed to stay overnight.
- Attendant beds and basic amenities are provided in most rooms.
Please maintain silence and keep mobile phones on silent mode in patient areas.
